ਮੋਗਾ, 23 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 – ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਰੱਤੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਸਮਾਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ’ਤੇ ਪਤੰਗ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਵਕਤ ਕਰੀਬ 9 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਏਕਮ ਦੀ 11 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਵੋਲਟ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ’ਚ ਆਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਦਰਦਨਾਕ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ਉਪਰੋਂ 11000 ਵੋਲਟਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਲੰਘਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ’ਤੇ ਪਤੰਗ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਿਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਉਪਰੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਤਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਨੋਂ ਖੰਭੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਲਿਖਤ ਦਰਖ਼ਾਸਤ ਦੇ ਚੁਕੇ ਹਾਂ, ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ । ਦਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵੀ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਛੱਤ ’ਤੇ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਝੱਟਕਾ ਲੱਗ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਏਕਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਰਤੀਆ ਜਿਲਾ ਮੋਗਾ ਹੈ।
