ਕੈਨੇਡਾ : ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ
ਓਟਾਵਾ, 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 – ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ‘ਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਨੂੰ 30 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਡਾਲਰ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਮੁਚੱਲਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 24 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਹਾਈਟੈਕ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਨੂੰ 28 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਗੋਲ਼ੀ ਲੱਗੀ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਹਾਲਟਨ ਇਲਾਕੇ ‘ਚੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਰੱਖੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ‘ਚੋਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਫਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਗੋਲ਼ੀ ਡੱਲਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ‘ਚ ਲੱਗੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡੱਲਾ ਤੇ ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਨਾਂ ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਡੱਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮੂਲ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਗਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਅਰਸ਼ ਡੱਲਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰੌਤੀ ਦੇ ਧੰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਹ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਭੋਲੇ-ਭਾਲੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਬੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਫੋਰਸ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
