Punjab News: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਖਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਹਲਚਲ ਮਚਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਨ-ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਨ-ਟੀਚਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ (ਅਸਥਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ) ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਸਲ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕੁਝ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਹੁਣ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਸਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਰੱਦ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਰੱਦ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਡੀਡੀਓ ਨੂੰ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਗਏ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
