ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮੀਰ ਖਾਨ ਮੁਤਕੀ, ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਦੌਰਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਟਹਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਇੱਕ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਖਵਾਜਾ ਆਸਿਫ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਵੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ।ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਫੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਖੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਲਿਬਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਅਮੀਰ ਖਾਨ ਮੁਤਕੀ, ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹਨ। ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਸਿਫ ਖਵਾਜਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਫਗਾਨ ਸ਼ਰਨਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਵਸਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਹੇਠ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੈ ਧਮਕੀ ਇਹ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਖਵਾਜਾ ਆਸਿਫ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਸੈਂਬਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਬਹੁਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਡਾ ਸਬਰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।”ਇਮਰਾਨ ਖਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹਿਆ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ
